A great time with friends.
We met up and stayed with the parents of some of our church friends from back in Colorado, and they tried to teach us how to speak Australian, showed us around, and let us join them at church and for dinner at their local surf club. It’s always so great to connect with friends abroad. Thank you for letting us stay with you and hang out!
While we were with them, we drove up to the Glass House Mountains Lookout – which was a scenic viewpoint of the same mountains we saw from the Wild Horse lookout. We talked about travel, hot cross buns, Australian football, enjoyed the birds in their backyard, and much more.
