Lost Episode #14 – Tel Megiddo, Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea.
As we headed south, we said goodbye to the greenery in the north for the desert-y, ruggedness of the south. While we would like to go back sometime to explore Masada more (and maybe try a mud bath in the Dead Sea), we thoroughly enjoyed floating in the salty water of the Dead Sea. Definitely worth experiencing. That night, we stayed at a place called the “Desert Inn” that we found on Expedia for $59.74 (but I cannot find or link it now – a few years later).
