Lost Episode #20 – Card Payments in Rural Areas
We drove south to El Jem where we got to explore ruins of an ancient Roman Colosseum. Then we went further south to Tozeur, where we spent the night at a house we booked a room through Booking.com…the host was fantastic and we enjoyed our time. But we should have carried more cash to save time hunting for a way to pay with card. And thank you to the gentleman who spotted us the few dollars we were short on cash at the gas station in Gafsa. The kindness of people around the world is inspiring. Thank you!
