Stunning. Beautiful. Gorgeous.
These words don’t even seem to quite capture the AMAZING Norwegian Fjords and scenery we experienced. This video has some of the most AWESOME scenery we’ve seen on our entire trip so far!

- We rent a car from Avis
- Lisa’s first time driving overseas!
- Drove through the world’s longest road tunnel, the Lærdal Tunnel (~24.5km / 15.23 miles long)
- Stop by Flåm to see Aurlandsfjorden – fjord #1
- Drive on to Gudvangen to see Nærøyfjord – fjord #2
- Quickly see Aurlandsvangen (for a different view of fjord #1 above)
- Make one more fjord stop in Lærdalsøyri to view Lærdalsfjorden (a branch off of the massive Sognefjorden) – fjord #3
- Stumble across the historic Borgund Stave Church (built in 1180)
- Have a little difficulty returning our car to Avis…but eventually get it taken care of.
- Take the metro, then an Uber back to our host’s place 🙂 #epicdayinnorway
