Ferry + First Hotel Stay in NZ
We drove up to Picton and took a 3.5 hour ferry ride from the south island up to the north island. Once we arrived on the north island, we made our way to Spinnaker Motel ($91.99 for 1 night) to end our 6 day streak of no showers and sleeping in a car…just missing our 1 week milestone. 😆 If only you could smell how bad my feet and shoes stank…that would be an immersive experience. 😬
