Colosseum. Trains. Hawkers. Honks.
We had a few hours to see some more of Rome during the day time before heading to our final destination of Pompeii for the night.
In this video:
- We enjoy a nice, light Italian breakfast at our hotel
- Tote our backpacks around while we go back to a few of the major sights in Rome while it’s day time (since it was dark when we saw several of these yesterday)
- Caught a train to down to Naples, and then another train from Naples on to Pompeii (we paid a total of $28.68 for these tickets)
- Walked the short distance from the train station to our lovely hotel –Â Pompeii Ruins Hotel (booked via Expedia for $47.81)
